  6. -AboutPeople is a Netscape Plug-in that allows you to view contacts published using
  7.  Now Software's Now Up-to-Date Web Publisher.

  9. -AboutTime is a Netscape Plug-in that allows you to view calendars published using 
  10.  Now Software's Now Up-to-Date Web Publisher.

  12. -You can download a 30-day demo versions of Now Up-to-Date Web Publisher, Now 
  13.  Up-to-Date, and Now Contact from http://www.nowsoft.com/products/products.html

  18. NOTES
  19. ======
  20. -When data is being read by the plug-in, the scroll bar on the list view resizes itself
  21.  to indicate data streaming. This data streaming indicator is also available when you 
  22.  re-sort your list.

  24. -Click on the AboutPeople/AboutTime icon located on the bottom right corner of the 
  25.  plug-in to link to Now Software's homepage. You will be able to sample additional 
  26.  data in this homepage to use with your plug-in.

  28. -You can drag single or multiple contacts from the AboutPeople Card View into Now 
  29.  Contact by highlighting one ore more contacts and then clicking on the card to the 
  30.  right and dragging.
  31. -You can drag single events from any view in AboutTime to Now Up-to-Date.

  33. SUPPORT OPTIONS
  34. ================
  35. -Now Software does not offer complimentary telephone technical support for Demo, Public
  36.  Beta software or complimentary products, including products that are pre-installed on 
  37.  your computer or Netscape plug-ins. Other support options are listed below.

  39. -Free Support Options Our automated E-mail on Demand list server provides answers to 
  40.  your support questions.  Just send e-mail to help@nowsoft.com and instructions on how 
  41.  to use the service will be sent to you.
  42.  
  43. -For no charge you can access our FaxBack information system at (800) 730-7860 or 
  44.  (503) 274-6370.  The FaxBack system provides faxed answers to most support questions, 
  45.  as well as troubleshooting guides compiled by our support technicians.

  47. -Our America Online forum (Keyword "NOW") provides many useful support resources, 
  48.  including a growing KnowledgeBase, Help documents.

  50. KNOWN ISSUES
  51. =============
  52. General
  53. -Under NT, if the plug-in will not launch, check that the MIME Type text/x-versit in 
  54.  the General Preferences/Helpers points to AboutPeople plug-in
  55.  
  56. -When viewing live published data, updates are not displayed until Netscape is closed 
  57.  then relaunched.
  58.  
  59. -If you decide to view the plug-ins in HTML format, clicking on any of the chevrons 
  60.  ">>" from the HTML page will display the plug-in view on top of the HTML view as an
  61.  overlay.
  62.  
  63. -Clicking on the chevrons ">>", rather than the category name, from the main category 
  64.  home page will display the plug-in in the current Netscape window size.  Resizing the 
  65.  window will not resize the plug-in.

  67. AboutPeople
  68. -The slider may not display the correct letter if the field you're sorting on does not 
  69.  contain any data.
